AirAsia needed to maximise booking volume during their 72-hour Raya flash sale, reaching price-sensitive travellers across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand who were actively planning festive travel but hadn't yet committed to a carrier.
The Solution
Airport terminal screens, MRT stations, and mall food court DOOH in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Bangkok ran real-time countdown creative updating the time remaining on the sale, paired with fare-specific QR codes per destination route.
