Prudential Malaysia needed to build awareness of their critical illness coverage among millennials aged 28–40 who had health insurance on their to-do list but had never acted on it, a segment digitally saturated and ad-fatigued.

Gym entrance screens, fitness studio digital panels, and health food café DOOH placements presented wellness-oriented creative — pairing physical health with financial health — reaching a receptive, health-conscious audience in a contextually relevant mindset.
